TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has released a pre-publication, non-edited version of Report 817: Validation of Guidelines for Evaluating the Moisture Susceptibility of WMA Technologies. The report presents validated guidelines proposed for identifying potential moisture susceptibility in warm mix asphalt (WMA) during mix design.
