High Risk Rural Roads (HRRR) Special Rule

The FHWA has issued a memorandum clarifying the special rule requiring states where rural road fatality rates have increased in the most recent 2-year period, to obligate a specific amount of funding toward HRRR safety projects in the next fiscal year.
