RFP: Rapid Tests and Specifications for Construction of Asphalt-Treated Cold Recycled Pavements

TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to develop time-critical tests for asphalt-treated cold in-place recycling (CIR), cold central-plant recycling (CCPR), and full-depth reclamation (FDR) materials. The project includes the development of a guide specification for process control and product acceptance of cold recycling operations. Proposals are due December 6, 2016.
