RFP: Using Vegetated Compost Blankets to Achieve Highway Runoff Volume and Pollutant Reduction

TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to develop performance curves and provide construction and design specifications for surface-applied vegetated compost blankets that will remove pollutants, control erosion, and support vegetation. Proposals are due November 15, 2016.
