RFP: Addressing Impacts of Changes in Asphalt Binder Formulation and Manufacture on Pavement Performance through Changes in Asphalt Binder Specifications

TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has released a request for proposals to propose changes to the current asphalt binder specifications, tests, and practices to remedy the premature loss of asphalt pavement durability. Proposals are due January 12, 2016.
