Development of a Catalog of Resilient Modulus Values for Aggregate Base for Use with the Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide (MEPDG)

The Virginia Department of Transportation has released a report that describes collection and testing of 16 base aggregates—the intermediate layers in a pavement system for both flexible and rigid surfaces—from different geophysical regions of Virginia for implementation of the Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide (MEPDG).
