TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to evaluate horizontal sightline offset criteria and guidance and potentially include updates to AASHTO’s Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets (Green Book). Proposals are due by January 27, 2015.
