I-81 In-Place Pavement Recycling Project

The Virginia Department of Transportation has released a report that discusses an in-place pavement recycling project to rehabilitate a section of pavement on I-81. The report documents laboratory mix designs, a field evaluation, and quality assurance procedures; the structural properties of the pavement recycling materials used in the project; and the performance of the rehabilitated pavement section.
