Fatigue Resistance of Asphalt Mixtures Affected by Water Vapor Movement

The Texas A&M Transportation Institute has released a report that explores a method for predicting the amount of water that can enter pavement by vapor transportation, and identifies the amount of fatigue crack growth of pavement that could result from moisture accumulation.
