RFP: Proposed Enhancements to Pavement ME Design: Improved Consideration of the Influence of Subgrade and Unbound Layers on Pavement Performance

TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program has issued a request for proposal to propose enhancements, as needed, to the Pavement Mechanistic-Empirical Design procedures to better reflect the influence of subgrade and unbound layer properties on pavement performance. Proposals are due by December 10, 2013.
