Optimizing Cold In-Place Recycling (CIR) Applications Through Fracture Energy Performance Testing

The Minnesota Department of Transportation has released a report that compares the performance of cold in-place recycling of different stabilization materials for pavement by using a newly-developed testing method called Fracture Index Value for Energy.
