Assessing the Use of Shrub-Willows for Living Snow Fences in Minnesota

The Minnesota Department of Transportation has released a report that evaluates different designs of willow living snow fences in their ability to trap snow so as to prevent blowing and drifting snow from adversely affecting winter driving conditions and road infrastructure.
