Repair of Impact Damaged Utility Poles with Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP), Phase II

The Florida Department of Transportation has released a report that develops a set of repair guidelines that can economically restore utility poles damaged from traffic collisions to a safe working condition, and with minimal interruption to traffic flow.
