Laboratory Evaluation of Asphalt Concrete Mixtures Containing High Contents of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) and Binder

The Virginia Department of Transportation has released a report that investigates the effect of added asphalt binder content on the performance and volumetric properties of asphalt concrete mixtures containing reclaimed asphalt pavement in the amounts of 0 percent, 20 percent, and 40 percent.
