TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Synthesis Program has issued a request for letters of interest to synthesize current practices and agency specifications for the use of reclaimed asphalt pavement and reclaimed asphalt shingles in the design, production, and construction of new asphalt mixtures.
