RFP: Experimental Design for Field Validation of Laboratory Tests to Assess Cracking Resistance of Asphalt Mixtures

TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to examine testing methods designed to determine the resistance of an asphalt mixture to each type of load-and environmental-associated cracking. Proposals are due May 1, 2014.
