2020 NEPPP Annual Meeting

Due to the Corona Virus Emergency, the Northeast Pavement Preservation Partnership Meeting originally scheduled for 04-28 April 2020 at Portsmouth, New Hampshire has been rescheduled for 11-30 November 2020 at Portsmouth, New Hampshire. We have chosen the new date assuming that by November 2020, public health conditions will have improved sufficiently to permit the meeting and its associated travel to occur. We regret the continuing inconvenience caused by the necessity to cancel and reschedule the meeting.
For those individuals who made their own travel arrangements, please be sure to cancel all original April reservations with your travel provider, including flight, hotel, and car rental.
For AASHTO TSP2 sponsored travelers, NCPP will cancel your original April flight, hotel, and car rental reservations for you.
What is the Northeast Pavement Preservation Partnership (NEPPP)?
The Northeast Pavement Preservation Partnership is a regional forum of pavement professionals from State and Provincial Agencies, Contractors, Suppliers, Academia, Local and Federal Government Officials, all working together to take advantage of the synergy to be gained from sharing information and identifying common issues for further investigation. It provides a forum to share and publicize information describing improvements in research, design, specifications, materials and construction practices, and to promote the benefits of Pavement Preservation through education and application.
Where will the Partnership Meeting be held?
The partnership meeting will be held in Portsmouth, New Hampshire at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel.
How do I Register for the Meeting?
Please complete the attached meeting registration form and fax or mail to the address indicated on the form by October 29th, 2020. You may also Register Online with the NCPP.
Attendees not receiving travel assistance, hotel reservations and travel reimbursement from NCPP
Please make your room reservations directly by contacting the hotel at 603-431-2300 and ask for the “NPG” block. You may also Register Online with the Hotel.
The cut-off date for the reduced rate of $159.00/night is October 29, 2020.
Attendees receiving travel assistance, hotel reservation and Travel Reimbursement from the NCPP will not call the hotel for a reservation, but will need to complete and return the Travel Planning Request Form. Please Download the form and follow its instructions.
